Accumulating, curated archive of protection risk events — attacks on civilians, gender-based violence, forced displacement, denial of access and 11 further categories — with country, sub-national location, affected population groups, justification and sources. Two provenances, always labelled: the full ACAPS Protection Risks Monitor history (34,000+ entries back to 2014, preserved beyond the rolling window served upstream) and PRISM-original entries recorded by the editorial team on the same 15-category taxonomy. Curation never deletes: corrections are versioned against the upstream record and moderation hides rather than removes.
