Every anticipatory activation PRISM has seen, kept forever and keyed by the upstream code: IFRC Early Action Protocol activations and simplified EAPs from the GO appeals list, IFRC DREFs for an imminent crisis from GO's public DREF list with its Anticipatory pillar, and CERF anticipatory action frameworks from the project export behind HDX's CERF Allocations. Each record carries mechanism, hazard, country, date, amount in its own currency, people targeted where published, and a link to the upstream page. Closed operations stay on the record.
