Sourced from Humanitarian Outcomes' Aid Worker Security Database and preserved by PRISM so the record stays readable whether or not the upstream is reachable: every PRISM surface reads the archive rather than calling the API at request time. Held at incident level deliberately, because the aggregate hides what the record is for. PRISM's August 2026 analysis needed the actor coding to establish that 98.7% of detentions since 2021 were carried out by states, and the free-text narratives to find drone attacks the taxonomy has no category for. Insert-and-update, never delete: upstream corrections revise a row, nothing is removed.
