Movements that PRISM's rules detect in its own archives and an editor publishes: Phase 3+ change between comparable IPC analyses, a projection against its current period, Phase 5 appearing, a month of displacement, protection incidents or attacks on aid workers above a country's own record, INFORM Severity moving between releases, a GDACS Red or Orange alert, three dekads of rainfall far from the long-term average, or a nationality's first-time asylum applications above its previous twelve months. Every alert carries the figures it fired on, the thresholds it was judged against, the rows behind it, a chart series and a narrative written by a model from those figures. Detection runs after every refresh sweep; an alert fires once per rule, country and period and is never deleted.

The full country dashboards and the public country hubs no longer require registration — severity, funding, displacement, food security and protection for 230+ countries.
An AI analyst whose answers are retrieved from PRISM's live datasets and report archive at the moment you ask — never from memory. Every figure carries a linked citation to its exact source, every answer ends with a “Reproduce this” trail of the queries it ran, and when the data can't answer, it says so.
